Payment Terms

A £25 non-refundable booking fee is payable upon confirmation of your booking. Full payment of your hire fee and deposit is due no later than EIGHT weeks before your event. We do not issue reminders, so please ensure that you make your final payment in good time; if payment is not received you may forfeit the period booked and we may accept bookings from other hirers.

A refundable deposit of £100 for evening party hire and £250 for wedding/weekend hire events is required. This will be returned post event, minus any charges incurred.

Please note that bank transfer is our preferred method of payment – cheques will only be accepted by prior agreement at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash.

Those billed monthly and quarterly should settle their account within 30 days of invoicing.

Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel your booking up to FOUR WEEKS before the event we will refund the full amount (minus £25 booking fee).

If cancelling with less than four weeks’ notice, we will refund 10% of your outstanding hire fee.

If cancelling less than TWO WEEKS before the event NO REFUND will be given.
